CDQ Platform · Business partner data sharing

One secure home for your business partner data

The CDQ Platform is where you upload, synchronize, monitor and share your business partner data — with every CDQ service running on your own secure Data Mirror, and nothing written back to your systems.

Trusted by global enterprises

Built for scale, governed by design

The CDQ Platform gives every customer a workspace-scoped environment with predictable limits, transparent retention and full control over how data flows.

  • One per workspace

A single Data Mirror as your source of truth

  • ≤ 500 BPs

Per bulk upsert — larger loads run as Import Jobs

  • 90 / 180 / unlimited

Activity Log retention, set per resource type

CDQ Platform

What the CDQ Platform does

Everything you need to load, normalize, monitor and share business partner data — delivered through low-code Cloud Apps that all map back to documented APIs.

  • Data Mirror

A workspace-scoped secure replica where you sync business partner and bank-account data via single, bulk or file upload. It's the single source of truth every CDQ service runs on — and CDQ never writes results back to your systems.

  • Cloud Apps

Browser-based, low-code UIs — Data Mirror Management, Data Clinic, Dashboards and Bank Account Mirror — that stitch multiple endpoints into task-oriented workflows, with everything mapping back to documented APIs for automation.

  • Transformation (DTDs)

Map any CDQ service response into your own data model using versioned, validatable Data Transformation Definitions assigned to API keys — so data arrives already in your preferred format, with no custom post-processing.

  • Metadata and Standards

A managed framework of standardized reference data — administrative areas, business identifiers, compliance lists and country metadata — structured as a semantic graph to support continuous compliance across jurisdictions.

  • Activity Log

An immutable, filterable audit trail recording who did what, when and on which resource, with role-based visibility and resource-specific retention for security auditing, forensics and compliance.

  • Quota Management

Business-process-oriented usage tracking that separates internal cached and monitored calls from external provider calls, applies provider-specific charging rules, and shows real-time consumption so you can optimize data costs.

Why the CDQ Platform

A platform that improves your data without ever taking control away from you.

  • Safe by design — no write-back

Augmentation and validation run on your Data Mirror only. CDQ never overwrites your source systems, so insights are proposed and you keep full control.

  • Full provenance and auditability

Mapping provenance, DTD version history and an immutable Activity Log make every record state and change traceable to its source, user and time.

  • Low-code, but API-native

Cloud Apps give business users guided, low-code operations while every action maps to a documented endpoint — so the same workflow can be automated later without rework.

  • Cost transparency built in

Business-process-aligned quota counting and intelligent routing — serving from cache and monitoring instead of external providers — cut commercial data spend and prevent surprise costs.

How it works

From your first upload to a live, continuously monitored integration — in five steps.

  1. Prepare data and choose a sync option

Set the initial scope, ensure mandatory fields like IDs, names and addresses, pick a payload format, and choose single upsert, bulk upsert (≤ 500 BPs) or a file-based Import Job.

    Setup
  2. Create the Data Mapper

Build a mapping from your schema to the CDQ Data Model using CDQ's mapping DSL, test it on samples and resolve warnings before you go live.

  3. Assign the mapping and run the initial load

Assign the mapping to a data source in the Data Mirror Management App, run the first load, and verify counts and mapping provenance.

  4. Enable monitors

Activate Augmentation, Validation, Sanctions screening and Duplicate Detection on the mirrored data source to keep quality continuous.

  5. Keep the integration live

Automate ongoing upserts from your ERP or MDM for create, update and delete events, trigger reprocessing when configs change, and track quality and sharing via dashboards and exports.

Frequently asked questions

What master-data, governance and integration teams ask before adopting the CDQ Platform.

What is the CDQ Platform?

It's the foundational environment where you upload, synchronize, monitor and share your business partner data. Each customer gets a workspace-scoped Data Mirror — a secure replica normalized to the CDQ Data Model — on which continuous monitors for augmentation, validation, sanctions and duplicate detection run, operated through low-code Cloud Apps or the equivalent documented APIs.

Who is it for?

Master-data managers and MDM teams who need a governed place to load and keep partner data current; data governance leads who need standardized reference data, role-based access and an immutable audit trail; procurement, finance and compliance teams who need monitored, sanctions-screened, de-duplicated data they can trust; and platform owners who need API parity, transformation definitions and quota controls.

How does it integrate with SAP, ERP and MDM systems?

You automate ongoing upserts from your ERP or MDM for create, update and delete events, and you can import, upsert and export via CSV, XLSX or JSON. Every Cloud App action maps to a documented REST endpoint, sign-in supports SSO via SAML or OIDC, and commercial sources like D&B, BvD and Creditreform are available.

Is my data safe, and does CDQ change my source systems?

No. Augmentation and validation run on your Data Mirror only — CDQ never writes results back to your systems, so insights are proposed and you keep full control. An immutable, role-scoped Activity Log records who did what and when, with retention of 90 days, 180 days or unlimited applied per resource type.

How do we get started?

You prepare your data and choose a sync option, build and test a mapping to the CDQ Data Model, run the initial load and verify provenance, then enable the monitors and automate ongoing upserts. The fastest way to see it on your own data is to book a demo with a CDQ expert.
