How does CDQ actually enable data sharing?
The CDQ platform runs a shared technical data model, a dual-control quality gate, and workflows that let members disclose records, request updates and receive changes — without building any of this in-house.
What happens day-to-day once we're in the community?
Before you create a record, CDQ checks whether a matching one already exists in the pool. When any member reports a change, that update flows automatically to every subscriber of the record.
Is our data protected while we're sharing?
Yes. Company identities stay anonymous, and shared updates go through a dual-control review by a second member before they're trusted and distributed.
What kind of business partner data can we share?
Legal-entity attributes such as name, address, tax identifiers, legal status and business identifiers — plus non-legal locations like shipping addresses. Community rules and region-specific data come bundled in.
