Business Partner Augmentation
Builds an always-current golden record by validating tax, VAT and registration identifiers, harmonizing names, cleansing and geocoding addresses, and verifying legal form and status. Configurable enrichment profiles and views — Legal Entity, VAT Registration, Operational Locations — align output to your processes.
Business Partner Updates
Links each record to authoritative sources during an initial SEED process, then continuously monitors public registers, VAT systems, commercial providers and the CDQ Data Sharing Pool. Detected changes are tagged, classified by severity, and applied automatically, queued for review, or fetched daily, weekly or monthly.
Update Assessment
A rule-based framework classifies every change as unchanged, trivial, minor, major, rejected or critical — with the reason, before/after values, tags and provenance. Safe updates are automated, trivial noise is cut, and steward attention focuses on what matters most.
Trust Framework
Produces a deterministic, fully auditable Trust Score from four sub-scores — Evidence, Data Source Trust, Member Trust and Web Evidence — driving an automated proposal: AUTO_APPROVE, SPOT_CHECK, MANUAL_REVIEW or REJECT. Weights and thresholds are configurable per API, endpoint or business process.
Data Sharing
A privacy-compliant Data Sharing Pool where members disclose selected records through a Data Quality Gate and subscribe to the update categories they care about. When any participant confirms a verified change, linked subscribers receive it with provenance — filling coverage gaps where public data is limited.
Confirmation & Data Clinic
Confirmation combines Partner Guard, Tax Guard, Data Quality Guard and AML Guard to validate identity, VAT numbers, quality rules and sanctions in one flow, with attribute-level OK/FAIL statuses. Data Clinic is the control center to configure monitors and review every finding.
